Shipping policy
Our sock ranges are shipped from either Sydney or Melbourne using Austrslia Post. Items are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Backorder/Preorder items generally ship in 2-4 weeks. If you purchase any other items that are not on Pre-Order as part of the same order, they will not be shipped out until the entirety of your order has arrived. All our socks are shipped from Sydney, NSW with Australia Post.
Delivery During Peak Sale Periods
Please be advised delivery times may vary due to high order volumes during major events (e.g. Christmas & Black Friday). Delays in dispatch can be up to 3-10 days. For accurate delivery information please contact us at enquiries@sockspo.com.
Standard Delivery - Australia
All items to Australia and New Zealand are shipped with Australia Post. Please see Aus Post for delivery timeframes to your area from Sydney. In general Standard Post could range from 3 - 5 business days for Australia and 5-8 business days for New Zealand.
Express Post within Australia - orders generally take 2-3 business days to deliver depending on location. Regional and remote areas can take a few days longer.
Local Delivey - we offer 12-24 hour delivery within certain areas of Sydney, NSW Australia. Eligible customers will have this option and cut off times displayed at checkout.
International Standard Delivery
SockSpo charges range from $9.50 to $35.00 for delivery the US, Canada, UK, NZ and other countries.
Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders can take anywhere from 2-18 business days depending on your location and local and international delivery services.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our manufacturer to US, UK and Canada based customers.
Deliveries to remote regional areas may take additional time to deliver depending on local delivery services.
Deliveries to a Business Address
Please be aware the nomination of a business as your delivery address opens signature authority to any person at that business address. This is due to the nature of deliveries to business addresses whereby receptions or mail rooms often sign for and accept parcels in bulk and on behalf of persons located at that address. If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a business address, SockSpo will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged. We strongly suggest nominating a home address should you place a high value order with us. This will ensure only residents of the address will have signature authority.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If your complete order has not arrived within the allotted time (10 business days for domestic (Australia) or to NZ or 20 business days for all other destinations or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at enquiries@sockspo.com.
